Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
If you have not received an email automatically after you placed your order, then that means the email you provided to us was mistyped. Please contact us so that we can make the changes necessary.
I ordered the wrong size, can I make a correction?
No, we don't offer returns for any size exchanges or result of buyers remorse as the sizing information and details about the products that are clearly described in our website.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it is within 24 hours since you last made your order. Please contact us at email@example.com to cancel or change anything.
I entered the wrong address, what happens?
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
I received a notification that my item it's on its way but here haven't been any updates on the tracking link.
Please allow 24-72 hours for the shipping provider to update their tracking information. If more than 72 hours have passed by and no updates are showing then please contact us!
